What can I expect during the initial call with Kyle?
During your call with Kyle, you'll have a personalized consultation about your FEC's current challenges and goals. Kyle will provide insights into how our Boot Camp can specifically address your center's needs and help you achieve substantial growth in group sales. This is your opportunity to ask questions and determine if the program is the right fit for your business.
Is there any cost to join the initial cohort?
We're offering a unique opportunity for a select few centers to join our initial cohort at 50% cost. This is a 8 week program for only $2,500 ($5,000). This allows us to demonstrate the immense value we bring to your center while gathering valuable feedback to refine our program further. As spaces are limited, we encourage you to act quickly to secure your spot in this groundbreaking boot camp.
What type of events can we promote?
This boot camp will select one customer segment you focus on. Yes your center can promote to many different types of customers but for the focus of this boot camp we will choose one. We will focus on your Ideal Customer Profile (for the time of year we are in), we will identify the people we need to initially communicate with, craft 1 or 2 package offerings, the messaging for email, linkedin, phone, website, and execute our playbook. From research calls, follow ups, setting meetings, holding meetings, and getting events booked.
How soon can I expect to see results?
While results can vary depending on factors such as your current sales process and market conditions, many of our clients report significant improvements within the first few months of implementing our strategies. The more time spent prospecting and selling the more results your center gets. If you spend 15 hours a week you will get more results than if you only spend 5. Our goal is to provide you with actionable strategies that deliver both immediate wins and long-term sustainable growth. Building pipeline doesn't happen overnight, but you are guaranteed to build a large pipeline of qualified businesses, contacts, and awareness of your center. Everything we do is tracked and measured, so you will know what you get.
How much time does this take?
We understand you have a center to run, and other duties your event manager will be doing. We will try to be flexible on days and times the work for the group. We will meet up to 3 days a week, every week, for 8 weeks for up to one hour each time. During each session we will be working together to set up the prospecting system, discussing best practices and strategies, role playing, crafting messaging, making calls, and reviewing calls.
What do I need? A CRM? Leads?
You only need an event manager who is willing to learn, work hard, and show up. We build out a CRM specifically built to be easy to use and prospect into local businesses/schools/camps (whatever your target is) around your center. We provide the leads, contacts, and marketing collateral support. Your center should have an office with headphones/microphone that plug into a computer and web camera for meetings.
What happens after boot camp is over?
You will get a report as far as, how much revenue was booked, how many proposals were sent, meetings were held, and activities made. With solid bench marks in place you can set targets more accurately. In addition you have a playbook to follow and repeat for different customer cohorts. Rinse and repeat for results throughout the year. High Kick Sales offers a year round coaching program that enforces what you learn during this camp and supports keeping your center on track all year long. Follow through is the key, building this into a framework that is repeatable makes it habitual. Sales is an art but also really a science.
How many people are in the group?
Up to three Event managers are invited to join each Cohort. You will stay in your cohort together through 8 week course, learning together, practicing together and having fun together.
